Where does the money go?
YouWood LOVES to do good.
YouWood invests funds into strategic partners both domestic and internationally who are fighting the fight for the hungry, the slave and the orphan. Our aim is to financially bless tested and trusted organizations that have shown to have sustainable answers to the problems.

How much of my purchase goes to do good?
YouWood wants to do the most good with the products we produce.
Percentages vary based on the products. Between 20% and 50% of profits will go to the hungry, the slave and the orphan. Some of our products also create jobs for survivors of trafficking, giving them the chance to earn and be self-sufficient.

What about the trees?
Our products are made of wood and wood does comes from trees.  A small portion of profits will go to reforestation efforts around the world.

Where’s my stuff?
You can track your purchase by checking your confirmation email for a tracking number.

How do I return an item? 30 day return limit
If you receive a damaged item and want to return it please contact hello@youwood.org within 30 days of your purchase.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges.  

How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping within the USA is FREE! For international shipping, your shipping cost is calculated in your cart through the YouWood store.

How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days.

What forms of payment?
YouWood accepts PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

What if a product is sold out?
If a product is sold out, check back regularly for restock. You can also follow us on social media as well as join our email updates.
